Food Product Research and Development Consultant

Laura Lapointe is a young food science and technology graduate from Université Laval. She joined our team in January 2020. Laura, a trained food scientist, knew exactly what to do to target what we needed to bolster food research and development services at LAFIB. She was able to quickly apply her analytical awareness of food hazards to manage food risks for our clients. Laura is from Saguenay and we’re lucky to have her on our talented team. Because we don't have all the answers, she can help walk you through the robotic automation process and with developing your recipes. Here are but a few of her many qualities:
